Hey there! My name is Olena and I spent the last nine years working in tech startup fast-paced environments where everything feels urgent, goals are ambitious, and people give their all. Over that time, I had the privilege of managing and coaching some of the most incredible QA and software engineering teams. I learned how to support people in developing their skills, reaching their full potential, and delivering results that drive business forward.

But I also learned something the hard way: performance has a shadow side. Without healthy work habits, clear boundaries, and rest, high performance can tip into burnout. I've seen it in my teams, and I've experienced it myself.

I've learnt that success isn't about working harder, it's about working smarter. It's about building resilience, managing energy, and creating systems that allow us to sustain our performance without sacrificing our health.

Today, I want to give back to the community that shaped me. I'm passionate about helping people develop healthier working habits and boundaries, so they can not only achieve their ambitious goals but also enjoy the process.
